<strong>candles<\/strong>, and <strong>torches<\/strong> are <strong>sources of light<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Some objects <strong>give their own light<\/strong> (like the Sun), while others through (e.g., glass).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Translucent:<\/strong> Light passes partially (e.g., frosted glass).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Opaque:<\/strong> Light does not pass through (e.g., wood,
