Formed?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Shadows are made when light cannot pass through an object (like your body or a toy).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color <strong>source of light<\/strong>, such as the <strong>Sun, a lamp, or a torch<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-d571d67bb17e9a03d976f4e2e345acb1\" style=\"color:#000060\"><strong>Opaque Objects Make Shadows:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Objects that <strong>don\u2019t let light pass through<\/strong> (called <strong>opaque objects<\/strong>) create shadows.<br>Examples: Book, tree, person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size <strong>light pass through<\/strong> (called <strong>transparent objects<\/strong>) do <strong>not<\/strong> make clear shadows.<br>Examples: Glass, clean plastic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">The <strong>shape of the shadow<\/strong> is usually <strong>similar to the shape<\/strong> of the object blocking the light.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color
