Multiply by 0

Any number multiplied by 0 is always 0.

Example: 5 Γ— 0 = 0, 100 Γ— 0 = 0

Number Γ— 0 = 0

No matter how big or small the number is, the answer is always 0.

Imagine you have 5 baskets and 0 apples in each basket β†’ total apples = 0.

Example: 5 Γ— 0 = 0

When multiplying by 0, you don’t need to count anything, the answer is automatically 0.

0 packs of pencils Γ— 10 pencils each = 0 pencils

7 days Γ— 0 chocolates eaten = 0 chocolates

Multiplying 0 by a number or a number by 0 gives the same result: 0.

0 Γ— 7 = 0 and 7 Γ— 0 = 0
